- Must be computer savvy - Expert Level with Answering emails
- Wont be answering phones - nontraditional CSR role / wont be handling customers on phone
- This is a repetitive job that will be doing customer service emails and returns all day
- Handling a lot of returns will be sorting returns - must be detailed oriented - organized in handling returns and printing shipping & receiving labels
- Processing refunds for returns
- Commented this is an entry job but must be dedicated and reliable
