Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide exceptional service.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new business and increase policyholder retention.
- Policy Evaluation: Evaluate clients' current policies and provide recommendations to ensure they have adequate coverage.
- Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support during difficult times.
- Continued Education: Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant information.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must be able to obtain a valid insurance license by the CA Department of Insurance.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
- Prior Sales Experience
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
