Salary Range: $30000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
- Take premium payments for customers
- Handle policy change requests for customers
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
- Answer and return all phone messages promptly
- Be outstanding at relationship building
Requirements
Possess an upbeat attitude with a willingness to learn.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
Professional phone etiquette
Be capable of handling customer rejection
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Intrinsically driven to succeed
A General Lines Property & Casualty license is preferred but we are invested in training the right person.
A General Lines Life & Health license is preferred but we are invested in training the right person.
Minimum 1 year prior customer service/sales experience preferred.
Bilingual in both English and Spanish is beneficial
