PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in San Marcos, Ca. Great Opportunity!
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, with occasional half days on Saturdays once fully trained and working independent
- Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM and ability to 10 key
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Light retail experience (basic familiarity with sales orders) a plus
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, preferably in Excel, Outlook, Teams
- English proficiency (read, speak, write); Spanish a plus
- Customer service demeanor: friendly and helpful
- Ability to learn/memorize large amounts of information (i.e. product skus and customer shipping details)
- Excellent work ethic: dependable, punctual
- Thrives in fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Able to build relationships with team members and work effectively with others
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
