We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and supporting our office and field personnel to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This is an in-office position.

Position: Customer Service Specialist
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30 pm
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- First on phones
- Positive friendly communication skills to talk with customers
- Determining needs of customers
- Data entry of customer information and service needs
- Using Service Titan daily - our cloud-based CRM
- Scheduling service calls
- Calling customers and scheduling annual maintenance services
- Calling customers to confirm the arrival times of technicians
- On rotation to take after hour calls (7 x per month)
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Scheduling coordinating experience
- Computer skills
- Impeccable phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the HVAC, construction, or similar industry desired
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
