Position: Customer Service Representative II
Location: Hybrid in Menands, NY
On-site 4x a month
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 3 months
However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time
This is a contract to hire position
Pay Rate Range: $18/hr
(paid weekly)
Project Description: As a Customer Service Specialist II you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter
Our work depends on Customer Service Specialist II joining our team to provide support via the telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries
You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment
These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims.

- Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives
- Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports
- Acts as liaison for customers
- Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes

Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Required Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
- Required Technical Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
