The Senior Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing accurate quote data per customer specifications. This role helps KPS Global provide outstanding service to customers.

+ Ability to use general office equipment

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Detail oriented and organized
Required Experience
Major Responsibilities
+ Developing quotes for customers including (but not limited to) walk-ins containing structural steel, buyouts, installs, and refrigeration
+ Interpreting customer specifications
+ Processing customer requests for order changes or corrections
+ Providing customers with information regarding shipping options and lead times
+ Giving customers appropriate product availability and pricing
