We are based out of Chesterfield and look forward to talking with you. We are looking to hire for both Part Time and/or Full Time. Part time hours would be between 15 - 20 hours a week, Full Time hire would include benefits!
The Member Care Specialist will be asked to efficiently and independently perform the duties and responsibilities for this role as outlined below:
- Professionally, patiently and diligently work with our members to resolve all questions, comments and concerns in an efficient and effective manner. We live, eat and breathe "making it right" and need someone to embody this ideal in all that they do.
- Maintain account information in a clear and concise manner for our production team. Update member information, striving for consistency and accuracy.
- Make recommendations for improvements to systems and software to help streamline our processes, including addition of automatic responses, filtering and segmentation.
- Creatively solve problems as they arise and brainstorm with the team to continue to improve our service and delivery.
- Other jobs as they pop up and fit with candidate’s skills. We are rapidly growing and so are our needs!
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the growth of a woman owned e-commerce business.
- High attention to detail and care in delivering a branded customer experience.
- Proven time management skills and ability to be flexible to take on new initiatives and improvement efforts.
- Ability to sustain high levels of performance in a constantly changing environment.
- While experience with systems and software is recommended (Zendesk, Mailchimp), it is not required. Training will be provided for an eager candidate willing to learn new systems and software.
- While this position is currently scoped as part-time, it expected the role could expand over time as our company continues unparalleled growth.
This position will have flexibility to set hours based upon deliverables and will be located onsite in Chesterfield. Virtual / remote work is available for this position.
