Schedule : Full time - Monday thru Friday

You'll also be the point person for managing service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, installation, and demonstrations, while meticulously documenting all interactions in the CRM.

General Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with factories, service agents and customers to efficiently solve issues as they arise.
• Efficiently and accurately communicate order information, availability, pricing, tracking to customers and general information to manufactures and sales representatives.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Solve problems with a sense of urgency.
• Manage acknowledgements and invoices in our CRM system.
• Answer phones providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient experience.
• Data entry
• Ad-hoc items as assigned by Management and Sales Representatives

• Proficient computer skills with willingness to learn new programs as needed.
• Efficient time management skills
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• 2-3 years Customer Service experience

Preferred:

• Food service industry experience

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Per Year
