About the Job
Adecco is assisting a local client located in Meriden, CT by sourcing for a Customer Support Specialist. This is a temp to hire, onsite role paying $18-$20 depending on experience. This role is for an early October start.
Our client is looking for someone to provide office support for our customer service staff.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· General office support
· Greet visitors; manage the sign in/out book
· Coordinating paperwork, filing, printing, proofing orders, C/As and product labels
· Answering telephones and directing calls
· Scan and attach C/As, Purchase Orders and SDS into our ERP system
· Email customers shipping documents when required
Qualifications:
· High School Degree or GED
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
The successful candidate will:
· Have a pleasant phone demeanor
· Be detail oriented and organized
· Be flexible and able to multi-task

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
