✨ Take calls 20% of the time and support during peak times or special events
✨ Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and development to agents
✨ Host team meetings, review performance, and track important updates
✨ Handle administrative duties: attendance tracking, adherence, and IT issue reporting
Qualifications:
🔹5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a Team Lead role
🔹 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
🔹 Proven experience leading high-volume inbound call center teams
🔹 Strong communication, team-building, and ethics
🔹 Ability to manage multiple tasks and a commitment to problem-solving
