As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be a vital link between our clients and their prospective customers in the Oxnard / Ventura region. In this role, you'll thrive in face-to-face interactions within a high-volume customer environment. Say goodbye to cold calling and digital sales as you leverage your top-notch sales and customer service skills to engage with and enroll new customers on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and engage with potential customers through residential outreach initiatives
- Assist with the enrollment process and answer any questions or concerns along the way
- Flourish in face-to-face interactions within a high-volume customer environment, without the need for cold calling or digital sales
- Utilize your sales skills to open and close accounts, leaving a lasting positive impact on customers
- Articulate the advantages and functionalities of our products, providing guidance on usage for optimal results
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing personality, approachable persona, and a stellar reputation.
- Adaptable and able to think on your feet
- Ability to maintain composure and take control in chaotic situations.
- Self-starter with the ability to motivate others.
