As the **Warehouse Associate** , we need someone who will own a variety of material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customers' orders, and inventory checks. This position involves the daily use of forklift equipment. ***Sign-on Bonus $750 and Perfect Attendance Bonus $750** **Monday - Friday 1st Shift 7:30am - 4pm** **Primary Objective** Performs a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $20.45 hr and $30.61 hr at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company sponsored benefit programs. **Major Function and Scope** + Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conduct daily cycle counts. + Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims. + Operates forklift equipment. + Maintains the clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom, general office maintenance, etc. + May wait on customers and prepare sales slips. + Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management. + Bending and Lifting up to 60lbs + Performs other related duties as required. **Experience and Knowledge Required** + High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Forklift Operator + 1+ years previous warehouse experience preferred.
