About the Job
SUMMARY: Customer Service Analyst prepare necessary reports, interaction with customers and customer portals. Order entry and answering the main phone line.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare past due reports, track consignment orders and RFQ’s as required. Process, balance and maintain EDI Cum’s, quantities, and changes; Zemford and Emfor. This position is responsible for the necessary documents and instructions are present to enter orders, order entry, order document control, order division maintenance, order confirmation delivery, order filing and distribution; updating orders based on negotiations and priorities. Create and maintain schedule agreements. Ensure that freight cost is on orders prior to invoicing. Maintain orders email, pull P.O.’s from customer portals. Creation and maintenance of the following reports: Monthly Sales report, open orders daily report, past due reporting with action plan; consignment order reporting and tracking. Assist in pricing review, costing of seats, development of strategic sales plans and sales forecasts, annual pricing review. Other duties as assigned. Adhere to Isringhausen Integrated Management System (IMS). Understand and implement product quality standards both internal and externally provided (Customer Specific Requirements).
Understanding and practicing the authority to stop production builds and shipment of product due to product quality concerns.
Requirements
IV. QUALIFICATIONS: The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Ability to work with PowerPoint, word, excel (highly desirable), and other sales software. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, ethics, and business acumen skills required.
V. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of contract management, database, internet, order processing spreadsheet, and word processing software.
VI. LANGUAGE SKILLS: English required
VII. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic math
VIII. REASONING ABILITY: Must have the mindset to rationalize scenarios and demonstrate good judgement.
IX. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to sit or walk frequently.
