Customer Success Associate   Job Overview:  The   B2B Customer Success Associate will work onsite and become a "Customer Delivery Specialist" serving as the essential resource for customers.  You will work in a fast paced environment, where one day is never the same as the last.  You will provide key support to the sales staff by resolving customer inquiries and problems, processing customer requests for products and preparing price quotes and proactively generating additional sales to customers.  

Customer Success Associate Hours : 8am-5pm M-F  (Onsite Champlin, MN)    

Customer Success Associate Pay:    $28-31/hour

Customer Success Associate (B2B)

Customer Success Associate Key Duties :

• All duties will be done onsite, in an office environment
• Serve as the essential resource/partner for customers, meeting and exceeding their expectations
• Support the sales staff by resolving customer inquiries and problems, processing customer requests for products and preparing price quotes and proactively generating additional sales to customers.  
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding unit prices, inventory levels, availability, freight/shipping costs and delivery time
• Process customer orders, changes, and/or returns per established department policies and procedures.
• Help create the customer experience by building and maintaining friendly and professional customer relationships.
• Compute price, discounts, shipping costs, and sales margins.
• Investigate and resolves routine requests and customer complaints such as product quality and missing or delayed shipments.

Customer Success Associate Key Requirements:

• 3 years minimum of professional administrative experience, preferably B2B experience.  
• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor Degree a plus
• Desire to grow and advance career
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Great at managing stress, ability to prioritize, handle over 150 emails/day, phone calls, constant interruptions
• Self starter and a dogged problem solver, overcoming obstacles to get the job done.
• Detail oriented with database input and a strong sense of urgency
• Commute of 20 minutes or less to work
• Familiar with an ERP system a plus
