Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and continued engagement with our services.
• Understand client needs and objectives, providing guidance and support to help them maximize the value of PrimeCare Medical’s healthcare solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage long-term partnerships.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Monitor and analyze client success metrics, providing insights to optimize their experience with our services.
• Educate clients on product features, updates, and best practices, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage our healthcare solutions.
• Advocate for client needs and feedback within the company to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client success and engagement metrics to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client relations role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing client challenges.
• Knowledge of healthcare services, industry regulations, and healthcare software solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client data and metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
