We work with some of the largest enterprise clients in the world - and due to continued company growth domestically and globally, we have an immediate need for a Sr. Customer Success Manager who be working with some our largest clients in the Seattle area. Ideal candidates will have white-glove, consultative experience managing over a $1MM ARR portfolio.

Job Details
What will you be doing?
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are getting maximum value from our services
* Act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed promptly
* Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product, and provide insights to the rest of the team
* Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and educate customers on how they can utilize them to achieve their goals
* Identify opportunities for customer growth and new business, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams
* Proactively identify and lead team process improvements
* Provide insights to the product team, advocating for the customers and providing input on product development
* Manage customer onboarding, training, and product adoption
Is your background a match?
* 5 years of experience in a customer success role with enterprise-level customers
* Proven experience with managing ARR/ GRR / NRR worth over $1MM
* Strong background with consultative selling, renewal negotiations, and qualifying expansion lead opportunities
* Foundational familiarity with Cloud Platform, Cyber Security, IT Service Management, Dev Ops, E-Commerce to engage with Technology, Product and Marketing functional leaders
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate complex ideas and concepts
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Strong relationship building and account management skills
* Able to work successfully in a start-up mentality environment
