- Manage customer renewals to ensure high retention rates and long-term relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the benefits of ERP solutions (Sage Intacct, Sage 100, Sage 300, or Acumatica preferred)
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and optimize their experience
- Identify upsell opportunities and additional value-added services
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions to any issues
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles with a focus on renewals
- Expertise in ERP systems; Sage Intacct, Sage 100, Sage 300, or Acumatica experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer success
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with the team
