NextDeavor is seeking a Customer Success Representative for a company that supports schools, teachers, and students in achieving improvement outcomes by building strong partnerships for program adoption and implementation. The Customer Success Representative will use an outbound consultative approach to support partners and contribute to the mission of making a difference.
This role is responsible for post-sales success, working closely with various teams to ensure customers successfully adopt the program and curriculum, driving renewals and expansion.
Through a consultative approach, the representative will encourage continued program implementation and adoption by removing barriers, educating customers, and solving problems, enhancing the company’s brand values through exceptional customer service.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:- Implement and execute Customer Success and Quarterly Renewal plans.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
- Work with the supervisor to deliver post-sale success and renewal plans for each customer.
- Make initial and ongoing contact with assigned customers.
- Address account closures or lapsed accounts, identifying issues and working to restore relationships.
- Provide product and service support, resolving customer concerns.
- Respond to inquiries and recommend additional products or services.
- Assist with managing customer accounts as needed.
- Develop and implement tailored Customer Success Plans following company guidelines.
- Build expertise in programs and content to recommend the best solutions for customer goals.
- Guide customers toward more valuable or upgraded product options.
- Manage all post-sales activities, including onboarding, expansion, and retention efforts.
- Attend training sessions as required.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or sales.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or direct interaction with clients.
- Proficient or able to quickly learn Salesforce and HubSpot CRM with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to research and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Consistent, reliable attendance.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, open-office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High accountability for meeting goals; adaptable, goal-driven, and able to perform under pressure.

- Ability to pass periodic background and fingerprint checks.
- Ability to use a computer for up to 8 hours per day, with regular breaks and a lunch period.
- Capable of talking on the phone for up to 8 hours per day.
- Occasional travel by airplane or car may be required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
- Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccinations or submit a valid medical or religious exemption.
Pay Range:
$22.00 - $25.00/hour
