SR Max Slip Resistant Shoes are looking for a friendly, driven Sales Support Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities: Support our National and Inside Sales teams in outbound engagement and cold calling to top tier established national accounts (minimum one year active and primarily accounts with subsidies) where we feel significant growth can be achieved.
Subsidized national account customers: Assist in the engagement and building of established national accounts with subsidies, even those that are performing well but could perform better. Work in collaboration with the National Sales Managers (NSMs) and Inside Account Managers (IAMs). Input detailed communications, tasks and opportunities into internal CRM system. Work within internal systems to generate opportunity possibilities and prepare and communicate these.
Underperforming national account customers: Conduct outbound engagement with existing national account customer locations where the total sales per site expectation is much higher than we currently achieve. In doing so, increase knowledge of our brand of products, services and corporate account benefits to initiate growth opportunities with this segment of customers.

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Some college preferred
- Two to three years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Sales Experienced preferred
Compensation
Hourly wage plus 2.5% on increase in overall business for targeted underperforming national account customers.
- 2.5% is paid at the end of each quarter for increased business vs the prior year following the end of each campaign.
- Campaigns will be focused and will take no more than one month to complete.
- For extremely large national accounts, campaigns may be segmented by region.
