SR Max Slip Resistant Shoes is looking for a friendly, driven Customer Success Specialist to join their team. For over a decade, our focus has been to provide exceptional customer service, and even better products to our customers. We believe that slip resistant shoes don't have to be uncomfortable and unfashionable, that's why we stand by our name.
Responsibilities:
- Support our National and Inside Sales teams in outbound engagement and cold calling
- Increase customer participation and purchasing activities with current customer base
- Activate customers currently not participating in SR Max Slip Resistant Shoe programs
- Re-establish and re-activate businesses that have stopped purchasing activities
- Onboard new businesses (no previous purchasing history)
- Input detailed communications, tasks and opportunities into internal CRM system
- Conduct on-site shoe fittings with customers
- Assist with new customer program roll-outs

Requirements
- High School or Bachelors Degree
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Outbound calling sales experience
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to Travel (lives with 1 hour radius of an International Airport)
