Customer Success Specialist - Apploi Corp

Apploi is growing and we're looking for a remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team! As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be on the front lines providing world-class support to our customers who rely on Apploi to streamline their recruitment process. You’ll be responsible for answering inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, while ensuring a positive experience for the end-user.

Location:Remote

Hours: 9AM-6PM MT

About the Role:

• Respond to customer requests via inbound phone calls, emails through case management in Salesforce and chats through our messaging platform, Intercom
• Become an expert in Apploi's suite of products to best understand each customer’s needs and to provide effective solutions
• Research customer issues in a timely manner and follow up directly with the customer with recommendations and action plans
• Utilize creative problem solving skills to resolve functional problems and escalate technical problems when appropriate
• Properly tag customer inquiries with the appropriate details for further analysis & action by the Product and Engineering teams
• Escalate cases to the VP of Customer Success when customer satisfaction comes into question

Skills, Experience & Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Customer Support Representative
• 2+ years of experience supporting a technical product
• Previous experience at a SaaS startup is a major advantage
• Working knowledge of Intercom, Salesforce cases or other ticketing platforms is a plus
• BA or BS Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional time management skills, with an ability to remain detail oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with proven ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team setting
