Coke Florida is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to work out of our Tampa area office. We are looking for schedule working Monday-Friday.
What You Will Do:
This position is a Customer Success Specialist(CSS) within the Customer Care Center. The CSS has a primary focus of business development, customer relationship management, and field team collaboration. The CSS will balance customer service with business needs aimed at driving results regarding Coke Florida account expectations via digital customer management. The CSS will work across all sales channels and territories.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of digital sales priorities and initiatives and the resolution of customer service tickets.
- Build and maintain profitable customer relationships
- Use tools to sell in incremental displays, equipment placements, and other contractual agreements
- Review business results with customers
- Verify and ensure asset compliance utilizing designated requirements
- Provide quality customer service through active listening and clear communication
- Identify root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or text while updating internal computer applications and systems
- Maintain required product and systems knowledge to deliver best in class service
- Maintain service level requirements as designated
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws
- Comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards
- Work overtime as assigned
For this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Food/Beverage industry experience preferred
- Ability to create & conduct sales presentations including ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to document, organize, and summarize data in complete detail
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work variable schedule, including weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to read information in small, medium, or large print
- Proficient computer and mobile application skills required
