DTS is looking for Customer Support Analyst for our Direct Client position based in Lewisville, TX
Job Description:
- Responsible for making outbound phone calls to verify ownership
- Update customer information in database
- Collect & research current licenses
- Complete due diligence on ownership
- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
- Search for and investigate information contained in files
- Input text based & numerical information from source documents
- Provide data entry across departmentss on an ad-hoc basis
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
