DTS is looking for Customer Support Analyst for our Direct Client position based in - Lewisville, TX

Job Description:

• Responsible for making outbound phone calls to verify ownership
• Update customer information in database
• Collect & research current licenses
• Complete due diligence on ownership
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
• Search for and investigate information contained in files
• Input text based & numerical information from source documents
• Provide data entry across departmentss on an ad-hoc basis
• Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
