About the Job
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to start working with a client of ours in the Port Richey, FL area as soon as possible. This candidate should have experience in the manufacturing industry and supervising other customer service reps.

Required by Client
- Experience working in a management role with direct reports.
- High School Graduate or equivalent GED required
- Understanding of gross margins
- Prior experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Able to multi-task
- Strong knowledge of company computer programs with basic Excel and Word
- Customer focus oriented
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred by Client
- Background in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
- Experience as a Team Leader, CSM, or Account Manager in a manufacturing environment
