About the Job
Location: Remote - Able to work in PST hours.
Duration: 06 Months
Pay Rate: ($16-$17) hourly.
About the Role:
- This is a remote position and the candidate must be able to work PST hours.
- The Schedule includes working Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday with one day off from Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, and always off on Sunday.
- The specific schedule will be determined by the Hiring Manager after the start date.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry and high-volume call center operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, timely, and efficient customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management
Education Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in data entry and high-volume call center operations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
