- Provide information and updates on products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, process returns/exchanges, and facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
- Continuously stay updated on competitive trends, products, and industry news to better serve customers.
Customer Support Representative Requirements:
