Your Contributions to the Team:
The Customer Support Representative at GloryBee plays a critical role in managing customer interactions and order processes, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry through delivery. They handle the entire order lifecycle using ERP and CRM systems, process EDI transactions, and oversee end-to-end fulfillment.
Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, they collaborate closely with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams to provide real-time updates, resolve issues, and ensure orders align with inventory and customer specifications.
What We Are Looking For:
Primary Skills
- Experience in order processing, fulfillment, and EDI transactions, preferably using ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing and effectively communicating order timelines.
- Customer service expertise with excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and manage resolutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and accounting.
- Ability to work closely with sales teams to meet account-specific requirements and support sales strategies.
- Problem-solving skills for managing escalations and troubleshooting order issues.
Additional Skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing order compliance and meeting customer requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field, with specific experience in EDI processing.
- Strong attention to detail, with experience managing orders across multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and EDI tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, SPS, or other EDI platforms).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
