Customer Support Specialist - Watershed Restoration Group

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the CRM system.Feedback Management: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development, to resolve customer issues efficiently.Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product updates and customer service best practices.Proactive Support: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by offering additional products or services.
