Location: In Office (Mooresville, NC) – This is NOT a remote position
Salary: $13.50/hour during training and $14.50/hour for the remainder of the probationary period. An additional increase will be provided after completing the 90 day probationary period.
Position Overview: This administrative support role offers growth and advancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, a fast typist, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be relied upon for excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and accurate supportive skills to directly serve our clients. Flexibility and the ability to switch priorities as needed are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents ensuring accuracy
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from systems, electronic files, or websites as requested
- Sort and organize files after entering data to ensure quality control
- Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails
Essential Requirements:
- Must live in Mooresville, NC, or surrounding areas (This is not a remote job)
- Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 11 and higher-based computer navigation, function, and terminology
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment
- Good command of English, both oral and written customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
