Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for issue tracking, project management, and collaboration.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium for functional and regression testing.
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq for designing user interfaces.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.
