A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUTTER/GARMENT CUTTER/FABRIC CUTTER
Operate various cutters and cloth drill. Make patterns and marks for various jobs. Assist department in material handling and shipping/receiving functions. Layout and cut material for sewing machine operators. Ensure punctual work completion.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUTTER/GARMENT CUTTER/FABRIC CUTTER
- Must have a physician-certified disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act per the requirements of Goodwill's State Use Contracts
- Extensive knowledge in sewing operations and different sewing machines
- Maintain daily production log
- Meet production standards for assigned jobs
