Responsibilities
- Develop detailed plans for the support of a range of cyber operations through collaboration with planners, operators, analysts, and military leadership
- Participate in targeting selection, validation, synchronization, integration, and execution of cyber activities
- Analyze, review, and monitor strategies, doctrine, policies, and other directives to ensure compliance with mandated regulations from both the government at large and the military customer
- Assist and advise inter-agency partners in identifying and developing standard operation procedures (SOPs) for operational support in achievement of organizational objectives
- Develop, review, and apply specific cyber operations guidance for integration into broader planning activities
- Responsible for providing input to stakeholders for the development and refinement of cyber operations objectives, priorities, strategies, plans and programs
- Provide input into the administrative and logistical elements of an operational support plan
- Assist in developing new approaches to improve organizational framework through the coordination and integration of staff processes
- Execute briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, letters, memorandums, and official multimedia correspondence
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
- U.S. citizenship required
- An active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI required
- DoDM 8140.03 advanced certification
- Experience providing strategic analyses and recommendations to integrate new and existing cyber and cyberspace operations into evolving strategic and operational objectives
- Experience facilitating the dissemination and communication of the technical content of operational and strategic cyber threat assessments and products
- Experience facilitating, packaging and dissemination of technical cyber threat intelligence, incident response, and related products
- Knowledge of cyber security principles, operations security, cyber threats and vulnerabilities, and knowledge of national regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cyber security.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Space-Based Infrared Systems (SBIRS), Overhead Persistent Infrared Battlespace Awareness Center (OBAC), SBIRS Survivable Endurable Evolution (S2E2), Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAG), Ground Based Radars (GBR), and NextGen OPIR Systems
- Experience conducting space operations and develop exercise plans and directives with space operations
- Experience working with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) personnel to interpret technical cyber threat intelligence, incident responses, and related products
