**GENERAL SUMMARY**
Independently formulates/defines system scope and objectives under general direction. Acts as technical program expert in one or more highly specialized areas of information systems analysis, software quality assurance, or cyber security. Provides technical leadership on medium to large information technology projects. May act as an expert in business, functional, or regulatory area. Devises or modifies processes and procedures to solve complex problems considering resources, budgets, and schedule constraints. Information Services programs and processes supported include the Problem Identification and Resolution (PI&R), Financial Planning, Work Management, Cyber Security, and Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Plant Cyber Security Program Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. This position combines the responsibilities of designing and implementing robust security architectures with ensuring compliance with nuclear power cybersecurity regulations (10 CFR 73.54). In this role, you will be essential in developing and executing effective cybersecurity programs to protect our digital infrastructure. In this position you will be supporting the following:
+ Assist in designing and implementing security controls for digital computer and communication systems.
+ Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify potential security weaknesses and recommend appropriate measures.
+ Monitor and analyze network traffic in a SCADA environment to detect and respond to cyber threats.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance cybersecurity architectures and maintain a robust cybersecurity posture.
+ Provide technical support in deploying security technologies and solutions, and assist in the development of specialized cybersecurity programs and policies.
+ Conduct quality oversight and documentation reviews to ensure adherence to site procedures and regulatory compliance related to 10 CFR 73.54.
+ Prepare and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
+ Support corporate-wide cybersecurity initiatives, including program development, design, testing, training, and implementation.
+ Help coordinate program change impacts, self-assessments, NRC and Quality Assurance audits, and training with impacted organizations.
+ Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory requirements.
+ Support the cybersecurity on-call rotation when required.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Develops broad and/or specialized program oversight plans by providing functional planning and high-level technical expertise and guidance.
Provides consulting services to customer organizations on information technology's capability to comply with IS regulatory programs in the deployment of technology to improve work processes and resolve business problems. Must be able to gain a thorough understanding of the customer's business, including goals, objectives, work processes, and end product or service.
Responsible for corporate wide Information Services program management, including planning, program development, design, development, testing, training, and implementation activities.
Provides quality oversight and documentation reviews created by cross-discipline work groups in compliance with the overall Information Services program requirements.
Coordinates program change impacts, self-assessments and other audit processes, and training with impacted organizations.
Participates in the oversight and compliance for 10 CFR 50 Appendix "B" activities associated with administration of information Services programs.
Must participate on the Emergency Response team (ERO) when designated.
Must support the biennial refueling outage
Must provide support to the OCC, EOC, and departmental on-call rotation when designated.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
**IS Program Analyst III**
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field from an accredited college or university and seven years of experience in Information Technology or core nuclear discipline (operations, maintenance, security, chemistry, radiation protection, engineering, human performance, quality) program development, project management, management, or operations;
OR an associate's degree with nine years of experience in Information Technology or core nuclear discipline (operations, maintenance, security, chemistry, radiation protection, engineering, human performance, quality) program development, project management, management, or operations.
**IS Program Analyst II**
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field from an accredited college or university and five years of experience in Information Technology program development, management, or operations;
OR Associate's degree with seven years of experience in Information Technology program development, management, or operations.
For IT Program Analysts that are managing IT programs, not Cyber, (e.g., Records, Document Control, Software Quality Assurance, Procedures, etc) additional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered on a one-to-one basis. A high school diploma or GED is required.
**IS Program Analyst I**
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field from an accredited college or university and three years of experience in program Information Technology development, management, or operations;
OR Associate's degree with five years of experience Information Technology program development, management, or operations.
For IT Program Analysts that are managing IT programs, not Cyber, (e.g., Records, Document Control, Software Quality Assurance, Procedures, etc) additional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered on a one-to-one basis. A high school diploma or GED is required.

**Pay Range:**
**IS Program Analyst III Salary:** $119,107 - $178,661
**Midpoint:** $148,884
**IS Program Analyst II Salary:** $103,563 - $155,345
**Midpoint:** $129,454
**IS Program Analyst I Salary:** $90,048 - $135,072
**Midpoint:** $125,560
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
**Incentive Compensation**
This role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
