- Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and risk mitigation techniques
- Development background using technologies such as Node, JavaScript and Java
- Ability to mentor, teach and assist others on secure coding best practices and secure coding libraries
- Experience with AWS security.
- Experience in configuring and monitoring application security with Checkmarx and DivvyCloud
- Experience working with Agile Development Practices and secure software development lifecycle
- Risk management and security control assessment experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of common security vulnerabilities and risk mitigation techniques.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work against aggressive deadlines.
- Experience with AppSec tools.
Desired:
- CISSP or AWS Architect Certifications
