This career is commission based. It allows you to control what you would want to earn at any given time in your career. To give you an idea, our financial professionals are making on average about $75,000 in their first year, and there is potential for much more. 

What's the catch? The first years can be tough as you're learning the business. But the trade-off is that you get to define what success looks like.

Year 1 | $60,000-$90,000

Year 3 | $90,000-$150,000

Year 5 | $150,000-$190,000

We want people with different backgrounds and work experience,

We are an independent marketing organization (IMO) in the financial services industry; specifically in the insurance marketplace. We serve clients by acting as their independent advisor and broker for products in life insurance, health insurance, retirement, annuities, medicare, senior benefits and more. Our organization is remaking the industry for agents by agents. Each agent owns their book of business. We would love for you to join us!
