DAS Construction Manager

Contract Length: 12 months
Work Setup: Hybrid at any Telecommunication hub location

We are seeking a skilled DAS Construction Manager to join our client's national In-building PMO team. As a DAS Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing enterprise in-building projects and distributed antenna systems, interfacing with submarket teams, enterprise sales teams, and senior leadership.

DAS Construction Manager Responsibilities:

" Manage implementation of enterprise in-building projects and distributed antenna systems
" Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders from project inception to delivery and acceptance
" Lead project update meetings and develop executive dashboards and presentations
" Utilize agile project management practices to ensure on-time delivery
" Manage turnkey vendors from design to implementation
" Oversee backend processes for enterprise projects until system handover
" Optimize process flows and ensure operational training execution
" Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
" Drive operations to the Standard Operating Environment and document process flows

DAS Construction Manager Qualifications:

Essential:
" Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
" 6+ years of relevant work experience in construction management
" Experience in building and implementing DAS systems (Corning, JMA, Commscope, Solid, Spidercloud, DOT)
" Proficiency in leading neutral host and public safety systems implementation
" Expertise in designing and optimizing iBwave projects and creating accurate BOMs
" Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
" Valid driver's license

Preferred:
" Master's degree
" Experience with Small Cell systems (Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung)
" IBwave Level 3 certification
" Knowledge of agile methodologies, LAA, CBRS, and 5G products
" PMI or Project Management Certification
" Familiarity with Telecommunication's networks, products, and in-building deployment program
The ideal Construction Manager candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications infrastructure and the ability to manage complex projects while interfacing with high-level stakeholders

.Location: This DAS Construction Manager role can be based out of any US-based Telecommunication Hub location.
