About the Job
This role will support operational strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs and overall business improvement. The Data Analyst will partner with Company leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through utilization of data analytics, reporting and analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Builds and manages data sets/data models from requirements and data collection through, cleansing, modeling, enrichment, engineering, to analysis/visualization (full cycle).
- Exhibits a willingness to follow departmental standards while delivering proof of concept all the way through to production deployment.
- Maintains analytics support documents and artifacts as well as creating new documentation.
- Maintains a flexible and adaptive approach to tasks/projects and seeks to learn new topics (both business and technical) with multiple learning approaches (i.e.: peer-to-peer, independent, online etc.).
- Acts as a trusted partner in collaboration with executive leadership and operations to communicate findings and make iterative improvements.
- Supports leadership and operations at all levels with patience, respect, and a genuine desire to contribute to business performance.
- Checks work e-mail on a regular basis throughout the workday.
- Participates in and complete all required trainings and in-services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in a related field of study, WITH one (1) year of related experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
- Must have a demonstrated strength in using MS Excel.
- Must have prior experience working large databases, operational systems, and with web-based data visualization tools.
- Must have prior experience building analyses using PowerBI.
- Must have prior experience troubleshooting scripts using SQL.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, clinical staff, other co-workers and the public.
- Must be able to work individually as well as within a team.
- Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

- Must have demonstrated experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes.
- Must have a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with executive and other senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year previous healthcare industry experience.
- Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
- Intermediate to advanced experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with Python or R.
Driving/Travel:
The employee must have reliable transportation. Travel for this position may be required up to 40%. While the primary workplace may be closest to the employee’s home, work assignments could be in any of the Company’s locations.
