Job Title-Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements within the capital markets domain.

Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries to support business decisions and project requirements.

Develop and maintain detailed business and system process flows.

Assist with the implementation of technology solutions by liaising between business units and IT teams.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate the resolution of any issues identified.

Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.

Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the business.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, specifically within capital markets.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.

Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

Familiarity with financial instruments and the trade lifecycle.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
