Silicon Laboratories, Inc., seeks a Data Analyst (Corporate Marketing) in Austin, Texas.
Duties: utilize best in class marketing and sales technology and data evaluation techniques to review and understand customer engagements, campaign behavior, and to provide recommendations to leadership on business decisions. Lead various analyst projects with respect to key initiatives and customer insights and then this analysis to usable actions with execution teams. Supply regular analysis and findings for Monthly Review that will serve to influence what the executive team is presented. Represent Marketing Operations and Analytics in campaign meetings and program decisions with Performance Marketing. Track industry trends and developments to gain key knowledge and insights, including competitor insights, customer data, market trends, and product information that will better inform analyst recommendations. Conduct internal revenue modeling, forecasting, and state of the business that will inform analyst recommendations. Deliver thoughtful analyses on the market, campaigns, and the industry in partnership with leadership. Represent Global Marketing in Silicon Labs broader crossfunctional data analyst groups. Manage marketing needs for dashboards and reporting that helps the broader organization to self-serve on insights. Understand key accounts and sales processes that will provide next-level marketing insights and engagements that are relevant to the sales team.
The Position requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or related field (or its equivalent) and 2 years' experience.
Requires 2 years' experience in the following:
- Analytical experience with focus on marketing, sales, and customer data.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and effectively communicating analytical findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing and sales technology platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data visualization software.
- Experience influencing marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Experience in managing and executing complex projects.
