Job Summary: The Nimbus Insights Data Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven projects from initial gathering of business requirements to the final stages of analysis and reporting. This role involves close collaboration with our development team, project managers, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Nimbus Insights aligns with the specific needs of the business and customers. The Data Analyst is tasked with designing and implementing effective data solutions, managing project timelines, ensuring quality and accuracy in data reporting, and effectively communicating insights and findings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into actionable data-driven solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain data analysis and reporting frameworks.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of data solutions.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, particularly in financial and performance-based data.
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring clear and effective dialogue between developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Apply problem-solving skills to identify and address complex issues, developing creative solutions as needed.
- Maintain high attention to detail, particularly in identifying and analyzing factors that significantly impact projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required with focus in Business or IT discipline preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis strongly preferred.
- Power BI proficiency required.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and Microsoft Cloud tools (e.g., Azure) highly preferred. Experience with SalesForce.com and AI tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of KPIs (and underlying data) commonly used in Refinish industry is an asset.
- Attention to detail, analysis, multi-tasking, collaboration with different teams internally, and problem-solver.
