who have experience with statistics and data analysis/interpretation? We want people who have worked extensively with data and used analytical skills to make business decisions. They don't need to have experience creating models, but they need to know what to do with the output of models and how to turn it into action. These folks will spend most of their time interpreting data through tables and visualizations and then make recommendations for further action based on that analysis. We need people who are sharp and eager to get lots of work done. We've seen lots of resumes from people who have spent lots of time creating visualizations, but we really need people who know how to interpret the data and take action.
Job Description:
- Data Analysts will work within a dynamic operations center, assessing the quality of collected data using a case management tool and investigative dashboards.
- The Data Analyst will manage a caseload, identify trends, and escalate issues to Data Scientists for further research and investigation.
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience
- 2 years' experience with analytics tools which may include at least one application from R, Python, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, MicroStrategy, PowerBI and Tableau
- 2 years' experience in the analysis and interpretation of data including an understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts, and a proficiency in exploratory data analysis and interpreting data.
