Responsibilities :
- Part of the groundbreaking headcount forecasting, demand and capacity planning firm-wide implementation, contributing to and overseeing business requirements, test plans, strategies and results, along with key business stakeholder partnerships and outcomes.
- Develops and designs testing approach, scripts and plans, ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies.
- Collaborating with one or more testing teams.
- Deals with complex and highly variable issues.
- Analyzes trends at an organizational level to improve processes.
- Exhibits in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the firm, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
- 5-8 years HR technology experience or experience facilitating large scale transformational, global change.
- Experience working as a Data Analyst with Excel on HR/Workforce Planning
- Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.
- SQL or BI Tools are a plus
