We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be essential in managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integrations, data quality, and customized solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in Salesforce Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Lightning components, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, system integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code development.
- Develop and support tailored Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business requirements and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical leadership by setting best practices in areas like integration, application development, deployment, and testing.
- Identify opportunities to utilize Salesforce to enhance workflows, productivity, and overall system performance.
- Define, implement, and oversee a change management (release) process within the development lifecycle.
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including customizations, enhancements, and support for Salesforce CRM applications.
- Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
- Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, APIs, Visualforce, Apex classes and triggers, Queueable Apex, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.
- Skilled with Salesforce data tools and knowledgeable about relational databases.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications, including real-time and batch processes.
- Strong problem-solving, business analysis, and functional expertise, with experience in requirements gathering and end-user solution deployment.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and data presentation abilities.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $48 - $58/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
