Our client, one of the largest financial services firms, is seeking a Data Analyst.
Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Quality & Compliance: Investigate and resolve data quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Client Support: Serve as first point of contact for client queries
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and quality improvements.
• Vendor Management: Build project contracts into Client's vendor management system, ensuring that milestone amounts and hours/budgets are accurately recorded and monitored.
• Risk & Control: Apply risk and control knowledge to ensure activities are compliant
Knowledge & Experience:
• Prior experience in Financial Services and Banking
• Administrative Expertise: Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an administrative or business office environment
• Relationship Management: At least 1 year of experience in relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and instant messaging, with the ability to present data and create reports effectively.
• Educational Background: Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with risk and control principles within a business environment.

• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
