Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Type: FTE
Work Location: (NJ/NYC, Tampa, Dallas, Delaware)
Responsibilities:
Create non-production test data using SQL, stored procedures, and Oracle PL/SQL
Ensure accuracy and data integrity is maintained. Ensure that data meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility as per company standards.
Analyze HR data from relational databases using SQL to test accuracy and validate front end reporting data
Partner with the technology partners to enable system enhancements/developments, support activities to support changes and control implementations
Participate in Workday and/or other Client owned/licensed system and HR software related integration, regression, UAT and other type of testing. Create and/or support the creation / validation / execution of test scripts.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office, SQL, JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Oracle
WORKDAY testing experience is plus
Client Quality Center knowledge is plus
Education:
Bachelor s/University degree or equivalent experience
