Data Analyst - Order Management / Logistics (contractor) - Advanced Technology Innovation Corp.

US Citizenship required 

ABSOLUTE MUST:

- "Analytics" exp in a logistics/order management environment
     i.e., Able to consolidate data into a reviewable format, consolidate problems and work for solutions.
- Power BI and Power Query
- Advanced Excel …Pivot tables, VLookup, Date functions/formulas.

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor's Degree (Materials Mgt, Supply Chain Mgt, Finance, Math/Science, Logistics, Business)
2. 3+ years of experience in logistics and/or materials management;
         IF no degree, need 7+ years of experience in logistics and/or materials management
3. Advanced Excel, SAP, Power Query, Power BI
4. Excellent knowledge of Material Requirements Planning systems and Production Scheduling
5. Ability to manage multiple projects 

PLUSES (Nice to Have but NOT required):

1. Knowledge of engine manufacturing, especially a plus if diesel engines

DUTIES:

1. Perform data analysis for OM department using SAP, Excel, Power Query, Power BI.
2. Support manager with KPIs and status reports 
3. Communicate schedule changes to manufacturing and material planning 
4. Manage coordination of order status between logistics and sales
5. Review engineering changes coming and assist with change management, material master management and product launch.
6. May also perform some of the following: material master creation, bill of material transfers, engineering change management, order change management, production scheduling

NOTE:
Data management in finance, insurance, banking, pharma is NOT relevant experience for this role
