The Quantum Computing team is looking for an innovative quantum data analyst to help us accelerate our quantum strategies. You will work on researching topics such as, the future of quantum computing, developing quantum workflows for operational benefits and implementing quantum computing for organizational change.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with team members to enhance understanding and experience with applicable quantum computing concepts and quantum development practices.
- Experienced candidates will accelerate this learning process with collaborative education sessions, and leading development experiments.
- Experienced candidate: Lead efforts involving new vendor Quantum Computing systems.
- Collaborate alongside the team through current education and experiment plans.
- Communicate quantum related concepts to business areas and other enterprise members
- Experienced candidates are expected to bring industry knowledge and their development experience to presentations to help communicate capabilities, challenges, and application of Quantum Computing.
- Develop an enterprise landing page for initial education about Quantum Computing concepts for the enterprise, answering why it is important and how it could impact our organization.
- Expected to assist with identifying workable use cases within the organization
- Experienced candidates would be expected to have knowledge of best practices for quantum use case selection
- Strong knowledge of data science is preferred, due to the nature of where we think our primary business use cases will be.
- Understand classic and quantum infrastructure
- Inform and develop architecture changes needed to implement quantum application workflows.
Competitive candidates will bring:
- Quantum Computing Experience in a research or operational environment
- Work experience in a physics related field
- Proven math skills (Strong linear algebra skills)
- Passion for mathematical concepts and analytical skills
- Self-disciplined researcher in new and challenging concepts
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in physics or math with quantum knowledge
- Python programming skills related to Math/Physics/Science
