Data Analyst - Aloden LLC

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Candidate Preference: Local to Richmond, VA, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Work within a Data Warehouse/Data Governance platform to analyze data and provide insights.
• Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
• Create visualizations and reports using Tableau to communicate findings effectively.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
• Interpret data quality results and metrics to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in a Data Warehouse/Data Governance environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis techniques, and data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and examine complex datasets.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data quality results and metrics effectively.
